Best Slaw in the World (Cilantro-Lime)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 3 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 1-1/2 tsp. finely grated lime zest
  • 1 tsp. ancho chili powder
  • 1 jalapeno chili, seeded, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/3 C chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8 C bagged coleslaw mix
Instructions:

Whisk first 7 ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir in cilantro. Add coleslaw mix; toss to incorporate evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill 1 hour.

Great for seafood tacos!
