Pulled Pork (CP)

Ingredients:
  • 1 (2lb.) pork tenderloin, or pork loin roast
  • 1 (12oz.) can or bottle root beer
  • 1 (18oz.) bottle of BBQ sauce
Instructions:

Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour the root beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and shreds easily, 6 to 7 hours. Drain well. Stir in BBQ sauce and serve on buns.
