Asian Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbs. canola oil
  • 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 C seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. sugar (or equivalent of sugar substitute)
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, or one small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a sealed jar and shake. Store in the fridge until ready to use. (Serving size is about 2 tablespoons.)
