Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients:
  • 2 bags (16oz.) coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 C rice vinegar
  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. water
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients together (except for coleslaw mix) in a large bowl until well blended. Add coleslaw mix; stir to combine. Cover, tossing occasionally. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
