Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 15oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 C water
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix until well blended. Divide batter equally among 24 muffin tins with paper liners. Bake according to cake mix directions. Serving size is one muffin.
