Baked Chicken Poupon

Ingredients:
  • 4 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbs. water or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:

Mix Dijon mustard, oil, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a large bowl or plastic bag. Add chicken, mixing to coat. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until done.
