Sing for Your Supper Shrimp

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. medium shrimp, unpeeled
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. chili oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp. lemon rind
  • 2-1/2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
Instructions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss well.

Heat oils and rind in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; sauté 4 minutes or until shrimp are done. Stir in juice.
