Four Bean Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can cut wax beans, drained
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 C salad oil
  • 2/3 C vinegar
Instructions:

Whisk together sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Add onions and beans and mix together. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Serve chilled.
