Preheat oven to 375. Stir eggs, oats, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper in large bowl to blend. Add ground beef and mix thoroughly. Form mixture into 1-1/2-inch-diameter meatballs.
Place on roasting pan. Cook for 25-30 minutes until meatballs are browned and set up.
