Instructions:

In 6-quart heavy pot, over medium heat, brown sausage, stirring to beak up meat. Stir in peppers and garlic; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add stock and diced tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes. Add pasta and cook 10 minutes or until done. Serve warm sprinkled with cheese.
