Hamburger Sausage

Ingredients:
  • 5 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 2-1/2 Tbs. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 C curing salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
Instructions:

Mix ingredients well, shape into rolls, wrap in plastic and cure in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake for 4 hours at 200.
