Garlic Pickles

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 gallon sliced dills
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 C vinegar
  • 4 C sugar
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions:

Pack layers of pickles, sugar and garlic in jar. Add spices to vinegar, bring to boil and pour over pickles. Cover, let stand for 2 weeks.
