Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbs. canola oil
  • 2-3 C frozen potatoes o'brien (w/peppers and onions), thawed
  • 1-1/2 C finely chopped cooked corned beef or roast beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 to 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce (more if desired)
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
Instructions:

Heat oil In large skillet. Add hash browns, meat, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Spread in skillet. Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or till browned on the bottom, turning occasionally.
