Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 15 oz. cans black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • Dash salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 Tbs. cilantro
Instructions:

In food processor bowl with metal blade, process garlic until finely chopped. Add all remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. (Yield: 3 cups.)
